If you don't go ahead with the repair the charge will stand. we aim to get your machine back to you as quickly as possible, with an average turn around time of 2-7 working days. We also offer an express service to expedite your repair in the minimum possible turnaround. This is a selectable option when you request service.

We will keep you fully up to date with the status of the repair throughout repair time.
using genuine Apple and OEM parts. We do not hold all parts in stock but can normally source any part for the next working day. Machines over 5 years old can be difficult to source spare parts for, as Apple cease replacement part manufacture after this time and your machine will be classed as 'vintage'.
